What is SAML and how can I enable it for my organization?

In Zoho Cliq, SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) is a feature that enables single sign-on (SSO) authentication for users by providing a way to authenticate a user once and then communicate that authentication to multiple applications

To enable SAML for your organization:

  • Navigate to Admin Panel
  • Under Integration, select SSO Services

  • In the SAML section, click on Setup
  • Fill in the required details, upload the verification certificate and and save it.


NOTE: IdP's that support redirection to their webpage for authentication are only supported, whereas IdP's that authenticate via pop-up/prompts are not supported.
