This article will give you an overview of all the requirements, specifications, and limitations while using Zoho Cliq.

System Requirements

Zoho Cliq offers full support for various web browsers, ensuring seamless functionality. However, for optimal performance during calls and meetings, please note specific requirements for the browser version:
  • Users are encouraged to use the latest versions of popular browsers such as Google Chrome, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Ulaa Browser and Microsoft Edge.
  • To ensure the smooth operation of calls and meetings, it is recommended to keep your browser updated to the latest version available.
  • All the features related to calls and meetings will be functional in the following versions.

Mobile Devices

The Zoho Cliq Rooms and Zoho Cliq Home app requires a minimum Android 7 OS version support. Tested Mic/Camera devices are provided in the following link.

  • Specifications and features mentioned varies depending on the various pricing plans in Zoho Cliq. This document mentions the specifications and limitations of the enterprise plan.
  • Third-party integrations can be done by using pre-built apps from the Zoho Cliq marketplace and users can build their own integration using the developer platform
  • We prioritize the development of web-based applications as our primary focus. Following this, we build the features in the mobile application. Hence, some features that are available in the web version might not be available in the mobile version.
  • API limitations
