How can admins manage resources created by users in Cliq?

An admin has access to maintain all the resources users create in the organization.

To manage resources, do the following:
  1. Click on the contact image and go to the Admin Panel.
  2. Select Internal Apps under Resource Management.

  3. Choose the component you want to manage from the drop-down menu.

  4. You will find components in two tabs - Active and Disabled.
  5. Active - Components that are available to users are listed under this tab.
  6. Disabled - Components that are disabled and cannot be used by the users are present under this tab.
  7. You can perform the following actions under the respective tabs -

Assign Owner - When a component owner leaves an organization, the components that they created can be used by other users but cannot be modified. An org admin can assign another owner to this bot so that any potential changes required can be done by the new owner. To assign an owner, do the following:
  1. Select the component you want to add an owner to.
  2. Select Assign Owner and click Assign to the user you want to make an owner.

    Note:
  • When an admin transfers ownership, both the old and current owner will receive a Taz notification regarding the transfer.
  • The current owner will receive notifications from Taz on any new changes.
  • A banner message "Owner has been assigned" appears when a component is assigned to a new owner.
Disable/Enable - The admin can disable a component if they suspect it is faulty or contains malicious code.  A banner message "Disabled/Enabled components successfully" appears while a component is disabled/enabled.

Delete - Admin can delete a component they feel is not necessary and has suspicious code. On selecting Delete, the admin will be redirected to accounts.zoho.com page for  password authentication. Once deleted, the components cannot be recovered. A banner message "Deleted components successfully" appears when a component is deleted.

Note:

  1. You can delete a component within 300 seconds from the time of previous password authentication.
Unselect All - Admin can make changes for multiple components at the same time. They can select unselect all to remove all marked components.
Note:
  • You can filter the components list based on the owner and access level.
  • You cannot select extensions to perform actions.
  • When you click the name of the component, you will find information on the permissions and connections of the component.
  • You can also assign owner, disable and delete the component from the pop up that appears.
