How to transfer the ownership of an organization in Cliq?
Note:
In the admin panel, under the Organization module click on Company Info.
Click on Change owner below the organization name to open a pop up screen.
In the pop up, search and select the individual you want to transfer your ownership to.
- On selecting Change, you will be redirected to accounts.zoho.com page for password authentication to complete the action.
Note:
- You will be able to transfer ownership within 90 seconds from the time of previous password authentication.
- On transferring your ownership to a non-admin, they will automatically be assigned as an admin.
- Actions that are solely managed by the organization's owner i.e. actions the admin does not have control over: Managing subscriptions, Deleting the Cliq organization and Assigning a new owner.
