How to delete a network

You can delete a network if you no longer need it. Alternatively, you can set the network to inactive if you might want to use it in the future.

Who can delete a network?

A network can only be deleted by the organization owner, as it belongs to the organization.
NotesNote: The network owner or org admin cannot delete a network.

Steps to delete a network

  1. Navigate to the admin panel:
    1. Go to the Organization Admin Panel.
    2. Under Organization, click on Networks.
  1. Select the network:
    1. Locate the network you want to delete.
    2. Click on the three dots next to the network.
Note: Only active networks can be deleted.
  1. Confirm deletion:
    1. Select the Delete option.
    2. A Mark as Delete confirmation pop-up will appear. If you have feedback about why you’re deleting the network, you can enter it here.
    3. Click Mark as Delete to proceed.
  1. Scheduled deletion:
    • The network status will change to Scheduled Deletion (60 days).
    • During this 60-day period, you can cancel the deletion.
    • After 60 days, the network will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

How to cancel deletion

If you decide to keep the network before the 60-day deletion period ends:
  1. Click on the three dots next to the network.
  2. Select Cancel Deletion.
  1. A Cancel Deletion confirmation pop-up will appear.
  2. Choose a plan and click ActivateYour network will reactivate.
