How to enable Multi-Factor Authentication?

Multi-Factor authentication in Cliq is an added mode of authentication to secure your account  in addition to user name and password

To set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in Cliq:
  1. Navigate to Admin Panel -> Click on Policies under Permissions.
  2. Click on Authentication Modes and enable the ones required for your organization.

You can enable the following modes made available for authentication
  1. SMS: The verification codes will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  2. Smartphone: This is a mobile application synced to your account which lets you generate codes to authenticate your sign-in, example: OneAuth.
  3. Push Notification: Notifications are sent to your Zoho OneAuth app in your registered mobile device each time you login. You can approve or reject the login request.
  4. QR Code: Scan a QR code visible on your browser via OneAuth mobile application.
  5. Time-based OTP: A time based, one time password will be generated in OneAuth application on your configured smartphone.
  6. Touch ID: OneAuth to verify your fingerprint every time you sign in. 
  7. Click on Enforce TFA

When you disable the Multi-factor Authentication , you will be redirected to accounts.zoho.com page for  password authentication to complete the action.

Note:
You can disable Multi-factor Authentication within 180 seconds from the time of previous password authentication.
