What are Policies?

In your Cliq application, click on your Profile Picture and select Admin Panel. In the screen that opens access Policies under Permissions in the left sidebar. These policies are offered as a toggle and you can enable or disable them accordingly. 
There are set of policies that the administrator controls to implement as rules for the entire organization. The policies are as follows: 

General Policies

  1. Allow request to auto join your organization
  2. Allow users to turn off chat history
  3. Allow users to chat with individuals from other organizations located in your region
  4. Allow users to chat with individuals from various organizations situated worldwide
  5. Allow admins to export private conversations as part of your company's data export
  6. Allow organization admins to manage shared files for regular data clean-up according to company policy.
  7. Allow users to install only verified marketplace extensions
  8. Allow Cliq support to access data for debugging purposes
  9. Allow users to join External Channels of other Organization
  10. Allow users to create Organization level channel without approval
  11. Allow external members to view files shared by org members
  12. Allow users to access networks created by other organization
  13. Allow network users who are part of the business org to leave the network
  14. Activate geofencing and allow users to connect exclusively with call and meeting servers in their own data centre (supported for US, IN and EU data center)
