How to create custom admin in Cliq?
An admin of the organization can choose to provide selective admin privileges for a role and make them the custom admin of the organization. A custom admin will have the power to create, edit and delete the modules that an admin has granted permission for.
Follow the below step to create a custom admin for your organization.
- Navigate to the Admin panel and go to Roles under Permissions
- Click on Add Role to create a new role
- Enter the required details
- Select Cliq Admin Access for the role type and click Create.
Once you have created a custom admin
- Click on Permission present next to the role you've created.
- You'll now be able to see the Admin Panel for custom admin with supported actions such as Create, Edit and Delete for all the modules.
- Check the permissions you want to grant to your custom admin.
- Click on Save.
Note: Admins by default will have authority over all the modules in a Cliq organization where as a custom admin has authority over selected modules that an admin has granted permission for.
