Usage reports help admins gain insights into and analyze data usage within the organization, in specific departments, or among individual users.
An admin can view the usage reports in Cliq by doing the following:
Navigate to the admin panel, and under reports, select "Usage."
As per your organization's Cliq subscription plan, the availability and scope of usage reports differ.
Enterprise plan: This plan offers the most comprehensive reporting capabilities. Users can access the Organization, Department, and Users tabs. Furthermore, users can generate detailed reports for custom date range.
The usage reports are categorized into three tabs: Organization, Department, and Users.
Organization (available for standard, professional and enterprise plans)
You can access a variety of reporting options in Zoho Cliq, allowing you to gain insights into your organization's activities over different time frames. You will find the cumulative count of the report for the organization in the form of a summary. You can view the reports of the last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, and a year. You may also customize your dates to view the report.
The organization report provides a comprehensive overview of the following categories:
Top active users
You will be able to view the top active users based on the count of their activity. The list will display the user's name, the number of messages sent, calls and meetings made, and the channels and group chats created. By clicking "show all," you can view the entire list.
Top active department
You can view the top active departments based on each department's activity count. The list will be displayed with the department's name, the number of messages sent, the number of calls and meetings made, and the channels created. By clicking Show All, you will be able to view the entire list.
Conversations
Conversations are classified into messages, active channels, and new channels.
Messages:
You can view all the messages sent by the organization. The bar graph has different colors indicating different conversation types (channels, group chats, and direct messages).
Active channels:
You can view all the active channels. The bar graph represents different channel types with different colors.
New channels:
You can view all the new channels created. The bar graph represents different channel types created with different colors.
Calls and meetings
Calls and meetings are classified into direct calls, meetings, and live events.
Direct calls:
The direct calls (audio, video, and screen sharing) made by the organization users can be viewed here. The bar graph represents different direct call types with different colors.
Meetings:
You can view all the meetings (audio and video) made by the org users here. The bar graph represents different meeting types with different colors.
Live Events:
You can view all the live events created by the organization.
Files
You can view all the files shared (images, videos, audio, files, and documents) across the organization here. The bar graph represents different file types with different colors.
Department (available only with enterprise plan)
Here, you will gain valuable insights into departmental usage within your organization. You can explore an overview of departmental usage, view the details of a specific department, and even make comparisons between different departments.
You can view the reports of yesterday, the last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, and a year. You may also customize your dates to view the report.
You will find the accumulative count of the report for a department in the form of a summary.

In this section, you can view and analyze the usage of individual users within your organization. You can also compare one user's statistics with those of another, offering a detailed view of user-specific activities.
