How do I delete a department?

The steps to delete a department are as follows:

  • In the Admin Panel, under Users & Profiles menu, click and open Department.

  • Hover over the department you want to delete, click on Actions icon (3 dots), and choose Delete


  • Click on Delete Department to confirm.

The department will be deleted from your organization, and all users under the department will be transferred back to your default organization department. The deleted department cannot be recovered.
