As an admin, you can add new users to your organization. There are two ways in which you can add new users. They are :
Add individual users
Bulk import users
Add Individual Users
- If you have integrated with Zoho One, the page will be redirected to Zoho One where you can assign users to cliq.

- You can assign users individually, by group or select everyone.

If you have not integrated with Zoho One, the add user form will be displayed in Cliq where you can add new users.


Note:
1. If your organization is new and does not have any users yet, the '+Invite Users' option will be displayed next to Star messages in the top bar until you have 4 active users or more.
2. User invite link sent through email for added users will be valid only up to 30 days.
Bulk Import Users
To bulk import users into your organization:
In the Users page click on the import and export icon next to the Add User button.
Select Import Users.
Click on the Upload a file option and select a csv file to import.
Click Upload.
All valid users' names and emails from the imported file will be listed on successfully uploading the file. (Invalid Users section will be listed at the bottom of the same page)
Click on the ADD USERS button.

On doing so users will be successfully imported and an invite to join the organization will be sent to the added user and upon acceptance of the invite they will be added as active users.
