How to mark an existing user as active/ inactive in Cliq?
To mark an existing user in an organization as active/ inactive by following the below steps:
- In the Admin Panel, under Users & Profiles, select Users.
- Clicking on any specific user will open their profile info page.
- Right under the profile picture in the info page you will find the current state of the user i.e. active or inactive state.
- Clicking on the current state will open a dropdown where you can select an option and modify the user's state.

- When a user is removed from an organization in Cliq, they become an inactive user and all the sessions will be blocked for them. They need not manually log out of the sessions. However, if a user wants to clear all sessions, they can log in to accounts.zoho.com and clear all sessions under Sessions. If an admin wants to clear all sessions of a user, they can go to the Admin Panel and select Users to clear all sessions of the particular user.
