User fields are used to enter information about a user's profile that can be viewed by other members of the organization.
To view and edit the user fields, do the following:
Navigate to Admin Panel.
Under Customization, select User Fields.
There are two types of user fields - Default User Fields and Custom Fields.
Default user fields are inbuilt and are provided to all Cliq users, whereas custom fields can be created by the admin.

Note:
Default user fields are marked with a lock symbol to distinguish them from custom fields.
Admins can edit the name of a default user field but cannot enable/disable or delete it.
Cliq provides 15 default user fields and allows you to create up to 10 custom user fields.
If your organization is integrated with Zoho People, all profile information will be fetched from Zoho People.
Any configurations made in Zoho People will be reflected in the user profile in Cliq.
