Cliq now lets you choose from a variety of new AI services—Google AI, Claude AI, and Cohere AI on top of Zia and ChatGPT to power its AI features.

Note: Only unread message summaries and meeting summaries are supported by various vendors.

You can choose your AI service by following the steps below:

• Click on your profile picture and select Admin Panel.

• Go to Configurations and then click on Artificial Intelligence module.

• You can activate the AI tools under AI Services after adding the secret key.

How to add a secret key for the new AI services? 

To use Google AI, Claude AI, or Cohere AI in Cliq, you'll need to add the corresponding secret key.

Note: Zoho AI is the default AI service provider in Cliq.

i. Google AI:

• Click on the Settings icon and select Add key.

• A pop-up guide on how to add the secret key will appear. Click on AI Studio.

• You will be redirected to Google AI Studio. Click on Create API key.

• Name your key and select a project and then click on Create key.

• Click on Copy key once the key is created.

• Paste the secret in the Gemini AI pop-up window and click Configure.

• Google AI will now be activated.

ii. Claude AI:

• Click on Claude AI's Settings and Add key.

• You will be redirected to Anthropic's console. 

• Click on Create key.

• Select a workspace, name your key and set an expiration date for the API key and click Add.

• Click Copy key and save it as you won't be able to view it again.

• Paste the key in the Claude AI pop-up window in Cliq and click Configure.

• Claude AI will now be activated.

iii. Cohere AI:

• Click on the Settings icon and then Add key.

• Click on Dashboard in the Cohere AI pop-up window.

• Go to API keys and click on Get your production key.

• Acknowledge the regulations to create the API key.

• Copy your API key.

• Paste your API key in Cohere AI pop-up window in Cliq and click Configure.

• Cohere AI will now be activated.

Note: You can remove or edit the key by clicking on the Settings icon of the active AI service.

Note: You can configure the AI service and prompt used to generate meeting summaries and action items.
