What is Flexible Subscription Plan?
With the Flexible Subscription Plan, you can assign different Zoho Cliq plans to different users instead of buying the same edition for everyone. This lets you mix Standard, Professional, and Enterprise licenses in one organization, so each person gets the features they need while keeping licensing costs lower.
Note:
Only the users with Professional and Enterprise plans can be assigned admin roles.
You can use a flexible subscription plan only if you buy at least 25 Enterprise licenses.
Only actions performed by Enterprise users are audited. Actions performed by non-enterprise users are not audited.
Data Loss Prevention (DLP) does not scan data for non-enterprise users.
Standard and Free users are assigned to the Standard and Free roles, respectively. Admins cannot modify or restrict permissions for these roles.

Note:
Admins are assigned the higher-tier licenses purchased for the organization.
For other users, admins can assign the available license type from Assign license in the Admin Panel, similar to other paid plans.
The admins can now assign the license.
A 14-day buffer period will apply after the plan is updated. After this period, Standard-licensed users will be moved to the Standard role, and Free users will be moved to the Free role.
