How to pin a video in a meeting in Cliq?

You can pin a video during video meetings in Cliq to lock a specific participant’s video on your screen so it stays visible, no matter who is speaking.

What is the difference between Pin video and Spotlight?

  • Pin to screen will only pin participants for the user choosing to do that and not for everyone in a meeting.

  • Whereas the Spotlight feature will reflect for everyone in a meeting.

Grid view

  • Click on the three dots on the corner of a participant's video.

  • Click on Pin to screen to pin their video during the meeting.

  • The participant will now be pinned only on your screen and will not affect the view for other participants.


Notes

Note: 

  • You can pin up to 5 participants in a meeting.

  • The pinned users will still be displayed even when a page switch is done in Grid view.

Stage view

  • You can pin participants by clicking on the three dots and then selecting Pin to screen.

  • The participants will be pinned from left to right in Stage view.

Minimized view

  • The pinned participants will appear below the speaker, arranged from left to right.

NotesNote: Pin video is not supported in Picture-in-picture view.
