1. Meeting Type: You can choose between having a Face to Face Meeting or an Online Meeting. 

Note: Choosing Face to Face Meeting will disable the meeting mode option.

2. Name: You can set the name of the meeting.

3. Date & Time: You can set the date and time of the meeting. You can also repeat the meeting as per your convenience so you do not have to create a new meeting every time.

4. Location: You can denote where the meeting is going to be held.

5. Meeting Mode: If the meeting type in Online, you can choose if you want the meeting to be an or audio or a video meeting. You can also choose the co-hosts and speakers in the meeting to give them special access.

5. Assign to: You can invite participants specifically or a whole conversation to the meeting.

6. Link: You can share any links that are needed to be shared to the participants.

7. Alert type: If the meeting type is Face to Face, you can choose to remind all the participants from the options available before the meeting starts. You also have option to have no reminders. Thirdly, you have the option to "Include Zia in your event" to notify the participants of the meeting.

Note: The "Include Zia in your event"  option is the default alert type option and it cannot be changed if it is an Online Meeting.

8. Agenda: You can write the agenda of the meeting with a limit of 10,000 words.

9. Attachments: You can attach any files that are required for the meeting.

Click Create to schedule the meeting.

Once the meeting is scheduled, it is listed under the Meetings section in Department View. The meeting timings will be updated as per your changes.

How to check for participants' availability? 

User and Slot Availability in Cliq helps you check participants' availability and identify suitable meeting slots while scheduling a meeting. You can instantly see when participants are free and choose a time that works for everyone.

• Once you add the participants while scheduling a meeting, click on Slot suggestions dropdown.

• Meeting slots will be suggested based on the participants' availability.

• You can search for slots using Earliest, This week, or Next week from the dropdown.

What are the options available in Manage availability? 

• Click on Manage availability to see when everyone's available

• Click on Next free time to highlight the the slot where all the participants are available and change the timing automatically.

• You can also invite participants from this window.

• You also have the option to add and modify a room from here.

• Click the three dots above the participants' profile pictures to show working hours alone and/or hide private calendars.

• Click Save changes.

The meeting timings will be updated as per your changes.
