Cliq offers a dedicated window to view all your mentions and replies, helping you stay on top of conversations that matter without the clutter.

How to access Mentions and Replies? 

• Click on the @ icon on the top-right corner of Cliq.

• You will see all the replies and mentions concerning you when you open the window.

• You also have 2 other sections specifically for mentions and replies.

• The Mentions tab displays all messages where you were mentioned.

• The Replies tab displays all the replies to your messages.

What are the options available in the Mentions and Replies window? 

There are various options available in the Mentions and Replies window.

• Search: Search for messages using keywords to find them easily.

• Show unread: This option shows only the unread messages.

• Mark all as read: Mark all the unread messages as read using this option.

• You will receive a pop-up warning message.

• Click Mark as read to mark the unread messages as read.

• Check Hide @all, @available mentions to hide messages which contains @all and @available.

• The Conversations filter lists all chats and channels that contain a mention or reply. Use it to quickly filter relevant conversations or search for a specific one. 

• The From filter lists all the participants who have replied or mentioned you.

• The Date filter lets you pick a specific time frame to filter replies and mentions.

• You can click on Clear filter to clear the filters.

• In the Replies tab, you can check Only show private replies to show only the private replies.

• Click on the Settings icon to choose which unread count should be displayed.

• Selecting Mentions and Replies will display the unread count for both mentions and replies.

• Selecting Mentions only will display the unread Mentions count.

• Selecting Replies only will display the unread Replies count.
