Configuring reply mode for different levels of channels in Cliq
To configure reply mode for different levels of channels Navigate to Admin Panel:
- Select Configuration under Organization.
- Select Conversations module.
- Scroll down to Channels.
- Click on Configure in Reply modes for channel levels.
- Choose a Reply mode for the channels
- Threads: The users in the channel can only reply in threads to a message.
- Normal reply: The users in the channel can only reply as normal messages.
- Allow both: The users in the channel can reply in threads or as a normal messages.
- Enable "Allow to modify", to allow your organization members to choose the reply modes for each channel as they wish.
- Enable Close threads to allow the users in your organization to Close or Reopen a thread whenever necessary.
