Configuring reply mode for different levels of channels in Cliq

To configure reply mode for different levels of channels:

1. Navigate to Admin Panel
2. Select Configuration under Organization.
   
3. Select Conversations module.
4. Scroll down to Channels.
5. Click on Default permissions for the channel level you want to configure the reply mode.
6. Choose a Reply mode for the channel level -
   
1. Threads: The users in the channel can only reply in threads to a message.
   
2. Normal reply: The users in the channel can only reply as normal messages.
   
3. Allow both: The users in the channel can reply in threads or as a normal messages.
7. You can lock the preference for all channels created under this level. Once locked, users will only be able to create channels with the following reply mode.
