How can a user share a presentation during a meeting?
To share a presentation during a meeting, do the following:
- When in a meeting, click the share icon and select Share Presentation.
- Choose the file you want to present from your Zoho Workdrive folder and select "Pick."
- You can configure the link settings to limit who can view the presentation: Members with WorkDrive access or Anyone on the internet. You can also give permission to members of the meeting to have access by enabling the toggle button. Select Apply to apply the changes.
- When the presentation starts there are a few actions a presenter can perform.
- Hide/Show Panel - This will help to hide or show the panel of slides.
- View - The presentation can be viewed in top view, side-by-side view, and presenter view.
- Open full screen - This option opens the presentation in full screen mode.
- Back/Forward - Two arrow marks help to switch back and forth between slides.
- A viewer can switch between slides regardless of which slide the presenter is on. If a viewer wants to be on the same slide as the presenter, they can select "Presenter view," which will take them to the slide the presenter is presenting.
Note:
- A user can upload files only from Zoho WorkDrive.
- A user can share a presentation at a time.
