1. Click on Calendar Events in the top right corner of Cliq window, adjacent to your profile picture.
   
2. Click on Create Event

1. Select your preferred type of meeting
   
2. Enter the Title of your meeting
3. Select a Date and Time for the meeting
   
4. Choose Repeat event if required
5. Specify the Location of the meeting
   
6. Enter your Meeting Mode, Add Speakers, Add Co-hosts  (This option is made visible only for Online Meeting)
   

1. Enable Record option if required (This option is made visible only for Online Meeting)
2. Assign to participants or a conversation
   
3. Enter the Agenda of the meeting
4. Choose an alert type from the following:  (This option is made visible only for Face to Face Meeting)
1. Remind Just Me : Users can set their preferred time to receive the alert. The user will receive this alert via Taz
2. Include Zia in your event : The user is alerted via the created adhoc chat 1 hour prior to the meeting and 5 minutes prior to the meeting
   
5. Enter your meeting Agenda
6. Click on Add Attachments button to add attachments
7. Click Create
   

1. Reminder posted in adhoc chat if the meeting was  scheduled by assigning to participants
2. Reminder will be posted in channel,  if the meeting was scheduled by assigning to conversation
3. Reminder posted in Individual chat, if the meeting is scheduled  between two users ( the host and the user) within an organization
4. Reminder posted in Taz - When the meeting is scheduled ( the host and the user of external org) with a user of external organization
   

Note:

1.If a meeting is scheduled from adhoc chat by Assigning to conversation then the reminder will be posted in that adhoc chat itself.

2.The above conditions to receive alert notifications are also applicable when Zia is included to Face to Face meeting in Cliq

Scheduling Audio / Video Meeting  from Remote work

1. Navigate to Remote Work
2. Click on Schedule Meeting button
