What options does a user have when receiving a call in Cliq?

When a user receives an audio or video call, a notification pop-up is seen in the top-right corner of the screen and sound will be heard. 
There are three options available in the audio call notification: AcceptDecline, and Reply.

There are four options available in the video call notification: Accept (audio), Accept (video), Declineand Reply.

  1. Accept (audio) / Accept (video) - When a user accepts a call for the first time, a notification pop-up will appear asking for permission to access their microphone and camera. The user is connected to the call after allowing permissions.
  2. Decline - When a user declines a call, then a notification will appear in the chat that the user has declined the call.
  3. Reply - If the user is busy and unable to take the call, they can select reply to send a text message about the current situation. They can either type the reason they cannot pick up the call or select from a list of options.

 

Note:
  1. You will receive calls through all the tabs in the web browser and the Cliq mobile app.
