Calendar in Cliq

The Calendar module in Cliq is your Zoho Calendar brought inside Cliq for easy accessibility. This makes scheduling easy for you. You can use it to stay on top of your schedule and also share calendars with your team to keep everyone notified about your schedule.

To access calendar, navigate to Cliq's navigation sidebar and select Calendar

Types of calendars

  1. My Calendars
  2. Group Calendar

Steps to Add a Calendar

  1. Log in to Zoho Calendar and click on the Add Calendar (+) icon next to My Calendars on the left pane.

  2. Enter the calendar name and select the calendar color by clicking on the color icon left to the calendar name.

  3. You can also use the color picker bar to select a custom color for your calendar.

  4. Use the Description box below the Calendar name to add a description to the calendar.

  5. Check the Include in my Free/Busy sharing check-box if you want to add this calendar to your Free/Busy sharing.
  6. Click Save to create the calendar.

  7. Once a calendar is added here, it will be reflected in the Calendar section of Cliq

Actions available in Calendar

  1. Schedule Meeting 
  2. Create Event
  3. Calendar filter
  4. Print
  5. More Options
  6. View
  7. Edit
  8. Hide
To Schedule a meeting, Select the calendar you want to create the event in, then click on the Schedule Meeting button.


  1. Select your preferred type of meeting
  2. Enter the Name of your meeting
  3. Select a Date and Time for the meeting
  4. Choose Repeat event if required
  5. Specify the Location of the meeting
  6. Enter your Meeting Mode, Add Speakers, Add Co-hosts  (This option is made visible only for Online Meeting)

  1. Enable Record option if required (This option is made visible only for Online Meeting)
  2. Assign to participants or a conversation
  3. Enter the Agenda of the meeting
  4. Choose an alert type from the following:  (This option is made visible only for Face to Face Meeting)
    1. Remind Just Me : Users can set their preferred time to receive the alert. The user will receive this alert via Taz
    2. Include Zia in your event : The user is alerted via the created adhoc chat 1 hour prior to the meeting and 5 minutes prior to the meeting
  5. Enter your meeting Agenda
  6. Click on Add Attachments button to add attachments
  7. Click Create
To create an event, click on the Create Event button and follow the above steps. You can also choose to create an event by clicking on any date

Calendar filter 

You have the following filters made available in the calendar. Select an option from below for the preferable view.


Print

Clicking on the Print option will allow you to print the particular Calendar view you click Print from.

More Option

Depending on the calendar filter you can choose to apply various options that will be made available when clicked on the kebab menu. 

View, edit, hide and delete options

Right click on the created event to access and use the View, Edit, Hide and Delete options. 


Note: The edit and delete option will only be made available for the user who owns the calendar. The participants of the calendar are provided with the "View", "Hide" and "Remove me" options.
