How to enable Do Not Disturb (DND) in Cliq?

Enable DND in Cliq to block all your Cliq notifications, pop ups and sounds

Enabling DND in Cliq

  1. Click on your profile picture
  2. Click on the status dropdown 
  3. Select Do not disturb from Default Status
                                                                                                                    
When you enable DND, you will be able to see the Clears in option. Clicking on Clears in dropdown will show the following option:
  1. Forever
  2. 30 mins
  3. 1 Hour
  4. 8 Hours
  5. Until Tomorrow
Select a time period to pause notifications for the chosen time.

                                                                 
Note: When you set DND as your status, you also have options to set a custom message to let your co-workers know about your current priority of engagement, for example: "In client meeting. Please contact the service desk for immediate support" or "Not available on weekends" This way you will be able able to notify everyone with necessary information

Setting DND from  remote work view

  1. Navigate to Remote Work
  2. Click and select a preferred time period in the DND dropdown available in the status bar

Scheduling Quiet Hours in DND 

  1. Click on the gear icon adjacent Do Not Disturb  status icon dropdown or Click on Navigate to Profile and Settings and Select Status menu
  2. Click on the Quiet Hours toggle button to schedule quiet hours
  3. Set DND hours
  4. Click on Save Changes
DND will be automatically enabled for the preset hours every day.


Scheduling Quiet Days in DND

  1. Click on the gear icon adjacent Do Not Disturb  status icon dropdown or Click on Navigate to Profile and Settings and Select Status menu
                                                           
  1. Click on the Quiet Days toggle button to schedule quiet days
  2. Set the days that you would not prefer any notification pop ups.
  3. Click on Save Changes
DND will be enabled automatically for 24 hours on the chosen days.



Note: DND will be effective based on users time zone.
