You can start a video broadcasting session in the following ways:

1. Quick Actions (+)

• Next to the global search bar, click the quick actions (+ icon) and select Start Broadcast.

2. Using Group/Channel/Chat

• Select the conversation you want to start the video broadcast with.
• Click the Video icon and select Broadcast (if both meetings and broadcast are enabled), or click the Broadcast icon (if meetings are disabled).
  

Note:

1. The broadcast option will be enabled if the admin has enabled the option in channel permissions.
2. You can start a broadcast with a maximum of 10,000 viewers.
3. Broadcast is available in Cliq's unlimited version.

• Proceed by selecting a stream—organization, teams, and chat. Add a topic for the broadcast and toggle the button to record it to revisit later, then click Next.
  

• The Organization Stream in option will be available only for admins.
  

• Select the microphone and camera preferences and click Start Session.

The host has the following options:

1. Guest URL : Cliq users outside your organization and non-Cliq users can join the broadcast session using the guest URL provided.
2. Turn mic on/off : You can use this to mute audio during the broadcast session.
3. Turn the camera on/off : Switch to audio broadcast by turning off the camera.
4. End call : To end or leave a broadcast session, click the end call icon.
5. Settings : Change microphone and camera preferences.
6. Screen Share : Share your screen during the broadcast.
7. Maximize/minimize screen : To resize broadcast on your screen.
8. Open full screen : To open the broadcast in full screen mode.

Admin Note:

• An admin can configure the module under Live Media in the Admin Panel.
