Acuity Scheduling

By integrating Acuity Scheduling with Zoho Cliq, you can create and view your client appointments within Cliq. You can also get alerts on upcoming appointments and perform actions related to them.

Installation 

  1. Go to Zoho Cliq Marketplace, search for and install Acuity Scheduling. Alternatively, click the following link

Bot 

Upon successful installation, you will receive a message posted in the Acuity Scheduling bot. There are three bot actions available:

Alerts 

Select Alerts and enable the option to get notifications about appointments and actions related to them. You can also choose to disable these alerts.

Appointments 

Use the Appointments bot action to create an appointment and view the list of all your upcoming appointments.

Create 

Select Create to open the New Appointment form. You can then fill in the following details:
  • Appointment type: Choose an appointment type.
  • List of calendars: Choose a calendar from your calendar list.
  • Date of appointment: Choose when you would like to schedule an appointment.
  • Timeslots: Select a timeslot to schedule an appointment.
  • First name: Enter the client's first name.
  • Last name: Enter the client's last name.
  • Email: Enter the email address.
  • Phone number: Enter the phone number.
  • Notes: Leave a short note about the appointment.

View 

Select View to see a list of all your upcoming appointments in a tabular form.
  • Client name: The first and last name of your client.
  • Appointment info: The day, date, time, and duration of your appointment.
  • Appointment type: Type of appointment.
  • Actions: You can edit, reschedule, or cancel your appointment in Cliq.

Help 

Use the Help bot action to get an overview of what the integration has to offer.

Scheduler 

A default scheduler will post all the daily appointments.

Widget  

There are four tabs available in the widget: Today, Upcoming, Cancelled, and Clients.

Today 

This tab contains a Scheduled section and a Cancelled section, which list the appointments scheduled for the day and any cancelled appointments, respectively.
Under each section, you can view the details of the appointment and perform relevant actions.

Upcoming 

This tab contains the list of all your upcoming appointments. You can view the appointment details, and perform actions, or select the Create Appointment button in the top-right corner to schedule an appointment.

Cancelled 

This tab shows the list of all your cancelled appointments, along with their details.

 Clients 

This tab contains the list of all your clients and their information.

Here, you can perform the following actions:
 Search:  Use the Search button in the top-right corner to search for a client.

 Add Client:  Use the Add Client button in the top-right corner to add a new client to your list.

 Edit:  Click the Edit button within a client's listing to edit their details.

 Slash commands 

Use the slash command /acuityappointments to create an appointment, or to post today's or upcoming appointments in any chat.


Note: You will not be able to create or reschedule appointments for today due to API restrictions.
