Bookmarks
The Bookmarks Extension in Zoho Cliq offers a simple yet powerful way to save and access key information, whether within Zoho Cliq or from external sources. With features like adding bookmarks, viewing, saving messages as bookmarks, and managing and sharing folders, this extension simplifies the process of organizing and retrieving information, enhancing your workflow efficiency and ensuring your key information is always at your fingertips in Zoho Cliq.
The extension is available in the following regions:United States (US), India (IN), Europe (EU), Australia (AU), Canada (CN), and Japan (JP).
Installation
Go to the Zoho Cliq Marketplace and search for "Bookmarks for Zoho Cliq" or install it from here →.
Specify if you want to install the extension for your entire organization or specific teams and click Install.
Accept the extension's permission requests, and you're good to go.
Features
Bot: Click the Add Folder bot menu action below to create a new folder. Fill in the folder name and add any collaborators if needed. Once invited, collaborators will be notified in the Bookmarks bot.
Widget: Navigate to More Apps → Bookmarks Widget to choose + Create Folder.

You can also create a folder while adding a bookmark, but selecting the + Create Folder option in the folder dropdown — and as usual, fill in the folder name and collaborators.
2. Add Bookmark
Quickly save important links, messages, and other resources for later reference. With just a click, users can add bookmarks, ensuring that valuable resources are easily accessible whenever needed and organized in Folders.
- via Bookmarks Bot: Choose the + Add Bookmark menu action to add a bookmark to a specific folder or the default one. If a bookmark isn't added to any folder, it will be placed in the default folder, which is created for miscellaneous and unorganized finds.
- /bookmark - create: Execute the command /bookmark - create to add a bookmark.
- Message action: Choose a message you'd like to bookmark and save, then click More → Save and Bookmark action. This will quickly save the selected message as a bookmark for future reference.
- via Bookmarks Bot: Select the View Folders menu action to see all your created folders and the bookmarks within them. The Bot will display a message with your folders and their contents.
- Bookmarks Widget: Navigate to More Apps → search for "Bookmarks" → My Folders tab. Here, you can view all your folders and their bookmarks by clicking on Open. You can also see folders shared with you in the next tab.
/bookmark - search: Execute the slash command /bookmark - search to search your bookmarks within the chosen folder from any conversation.
FAQs
Yes, you can bookmark messages which contain file attachments. To do this, choose the message with the file attachment, then click on "More" → "Save & Bookmark." Finally, select the folder where you want to bookmark the message.
