Buzz! With Celeb-bee in Zoho Cliq, you'll never miss a chance to celebrate your colleagues' special moments! Whether it's a birthday, work anniversary, engagement, or just another reason to party, Celeb-bee has got your back. Get ready for a hive of notifications and join the fun as we celebrate together!
The extension is available in the following regions:
United States (US), India (IN), Europe (EU), Australia (AU), Canada (CN), and Japan (JP).

Installation

  1. Go to the Zoho Cliq Marketplace and search for "Celeb-Bee" or install it from here →.
  2. Specify if you want to install the extension for your entire organization or specific teams, then click Install.
  3. Accept the extension's permission requests.

Celeb-Bee Bot  

The Celeb-Bee bot helps you:
  • Instantly Add Events: Quickly add special events to your calendar.
  • Buzz in Conversations: Send celebratory messages in conversations effortlessly.
  • Track Upcoming Celebrations: Keep an eye on all upcoming celebrations so you never miss a chance to party!

Add an event using the Celeb-Bee Bot 

To add an event using the Events bot action:
  1. Navigate to the Events bot action and click on the 'Add' button.
A form will appear where you can add the following details to ensure every celebration is just right:
  • Who do you want to celebrate? 🎉
    • Enter the name of your colleague whose special moment you want to highlight.
  • Event Date 📅
    • Specify the date of the event, so everyone knows when to join the celebration.
  • Event Type 🎂
    • Choose the type of event from a dropdown list (e.g., Birthday, Work Anniversary, Engagement, Wedding Anniversary), making it clear what you're celebrating.
  • Type of Action to be Performed 📝
    • Select the action you want Celeb-Bee Bot to take.
      • Self Reminder - A reminder gets created in Zoho Cliq and the event gets added to your calendar to remind you of the upcoming celebration. If you use the Zoho Calendar mobile app, a notification will pop-up reminding you of the event.
      • Scheduled Message in a channel: Post a celebratory message in a channel to let everyone join in the fun.
      • Personal Scheduled Message: Send a private message to the person being celebrated to make their day even more special.
Additional Options:  
  • Pick a Channel 📢
    • This option is applicable only when you want to schedule a message in a specific channel. Choose the relevant channel from a list of available channels where you want the celebratory message to be posted.
Note 📝
    • You can either type your own custom message or, if you run out of ideas, you can let AI craft the message for you. Simply enable the 'Need a hand? Just summon AI with a wink' option and select the tone of voice your message should have (e.g., professional, casual, humorous).
    • If you are not satisfied with the AI-generated message, you can select Regenerate to get a new version that rephrases the content generated by AI to better fit your needs.

Upcoming Events  

Get a sneak peek at all the upcoming occasions with Celeb-Bee bot! 🐝✨
You'll see a table with all the details you need:
  • Event Type: 🎉
    • The type of celebration (e.g., Birthday, Work Anniversary, Engagement).
  • Commemorator: 👤
    • The name of the person being celebrated.
  • Date of the Occasion: 📅
    • The specific date of the event.
  • Actions: 🛠️
    • For events you created, you can easily:
      • Update: Make changes to the event details.
      • Cancel: Remove the event if plans change.

Celeb-Bee Widget 🎉🐝  

The Celeb-Bee widget provides you with a vibrant celebration wall where you can keep track of all the joyous occasions in your team. Here's what you can find:
Tabs Available in the Widget:  
  • Today's Celebrations 🎊
    • View all the special events happening today.
  • Your Upcoming Celebrations 📅
    • Get a preview of all upcoming events. This tab helps you stay prepared and plan ahead for the festivities. You will be able to view your events in a carousel card format.
    • Upon clicking on a card, a pop-up of the card will appear with the preview of the event.
  • Help 🛠️
    • The Help tab provides you with an overview of the extension.

Add Celebration 🎉  

You can use the Add Celebration button to easily add your colleagues' special events.

Filter Events 🔍  

Using the Filter button, you can easily manage and view upcoming events within a specified date range.
