Keep your work organized without switching tabs. The ClickUp extension for Zoho Cliq brings your tasks, goals, and updates into a single view, so you can track progress and stay aligned right from within Cliq.

• Go to Marketplace and search for ClickUp.

• Click Install on the ClickUp page.
  

• Choose whether you want to install the extension for the entire organization or a specific team, then click Install.
  

• Once installed, click on Take me to Cliq.
  

• Click on Settings → More apps and then select ClickUp.

• Click on Add to Sidebar in Cliq.

• ClickUp can be accessed from the left sidebar now.
  

Dashboard 

• The Dashboard tab visualizes tasks based on three categories - Tasks Grouped by Status, Tasks Grouped by Assignees and Open Tasks Grouped by Assignees.

• You can summarize recent activities by configuring AI.

• The users can also create a Space, Folder or a List from the Dashboard page within Cliq.

My Tasks 

• You can view all the tasks created in the My Tasks window.

• Click on Create to create a ClickUp task in Cliq, which can be managed in the ClickUp app.

• Click on Filter to filter and search for specific tasks.

• To change the workspace, click on Change Workspace to connect other workspaces.

Options available in My Tasks 

You can perform various actions for every task in Cliq.

i. Edit: You can edit your tasks in the My Tasks window.

ii. Task Comments: You can add comments to the task and notify all the members involving the task.

iii. Attachments: You can attach files and images to the created tasks via Cliq.

iv. Checklists: You can keep track of your tasks by creating checklists in Cliq.

Once the checklist is created, click View Items to create checklist items and assign them to a user.

You can also edit and delete checklists and checklist items at any moment.

v. Relations: You can link two tasks in Cliq. You can also mention the dependency type - Linked task, Waiting for and Blocked.

You can now click on the task name in Relations window and it will take you to the ClickUp app.

vi. Delete: You can delete any created task by clicking on the Delete icon.

Goals  

• You can create and view all your goals in the Goals window.

• Click on the pencil icon to edit your Goals.

• Click on the target icon to check on the progress of your goals.

• Click on your Goal to view it in the ClickUp app.

ClickUp Bot 

The ClickUp bot has three options - Notifications, Help and Tasks.

i. Notifications: Configure all notifications using this option via the ClickUp bot. You can also connect and manage workspace.

ii. Help: This action lets the users to learn about the extension.

iii. Tasks: Tasks has two options - Add and View.

• Add: You can create tasks without leaving the bot chat with this action.

• View: Use this action to view all of your tasks without leaving the bot chat.

/clickup command 

Use /clickup in any chat to either Add or View tasks.

• Add: You can create and add task without leaving the chat window.

• View: You can get an overview of all the ClickUp tasks without leaving the chat window. Click on any of the tasks to view it in the ClickUp app.

Message Actions 

ClickUp lets you perform two message actions - Add Comment and Add Task.

i. Add Comment converts a Cliq message to a comment in ClickUp.

ii. Add Task converts a Cliq message to a ClickUp task.

Note:

• Share a task link from ClickUp via Cliq.

• The ClickUp task link will automatically get unfurled.
