Getting started with ClickUp

• Click here to go to the ClickUp extension page in Marketplace.   
• Click on the Install button.
  

 

Here are the initial steps to get started with the ClickUp integration. 

• The first time you perform any action in ClickUp integration, you will get an authentication dialog requesting permission to connect with your Click Up account. After authenticating your account, connection will established between  Click Up and Cliq.
• Also on using any component of Click Up integration the very first time, you will get a consents box requesting permission to access your data. This consents box is to ensure privacy by letting you know how your data will be handled. 
  
  
  

Once you install the ClickUp extension, you will find the ClickUp bot in the bot section and the ClickUp widget in the Widget section present in the Navigation sidebar.

ClickUp Bot 

1. Navigate to the ClickUp bot
   
2. In there, you will find a welcome card and a few message actions.
   
3. Click on Take a tour.
   

1. Click on the Workspace action menu
   
2. Click on the Workspace dropdown to select a workspace of yours to connect with Cliq
   
3. Click on the channel dropdown to map a channel to receive timely notifications
   
4. Then click on Connect

How to remap a workspace to a different channel?

1. Click on the View Configs action menu.
   
2. Click on Edit
   
3. Click on the channel dropdown, select a channel
   
4. Click on Save and Update
   

How to delete a workspace that is connected? 

1. Click on the View Configs action menu
   
2. Click on Delete
   

How to connect to a workspace?

1. Click on the Workspace action menu
   
2. Click on the Workspace dropdown to select a workspace of yours to connect with Cliq
   
3. Click on the channel dropdown to map a channel to receive timely notifications
   
4. Then click on Connect
   

ClickUp Widget

1. My Tasks: You can view all your tasks here
   
2. All Tasks: All the Tasks in your workspace will be listed here

My Tasks

1. Overdue: You can view your over due tasks
   
2. Today's Tasks: Your today's tasks will be listed here
   
3. Next Tasks: Your upcoming tasks will be listed here
   
4. Unscheduled Tasks: Tasks that do not have their due date scheduled will be listed here

1. Click on the Change workspace Button
   
2. Select a workspace from the workspace dropdown
3. Click on update

Click up message action

1. Hover over the message that you want to convert as a ClickUp task
   
2. Click on the kebab icon (3 dots)
   
3. Select the more Option

1. Click on Add Task to ClickUp
