Go to Zoho Cliq Marketplace and search for and install "Figma", or click the following link.
After successful installation, you will receive a bot message with instructions to configure the team's files and projects you want to view.
Note:
To get your team ID, do the following:
Navigate to the team page you are a part of. The team ID will be in provided after the "/team/" in the url.
Eg .https://www.figma.com/files/XXXXXXXXXXX/team/81002361234911901531.
There are three bot actions available :
Search files
Associate team
Help
Under each project, you will have two options to select from: Open and View Files.
When you select "Open" it will navigate to the Figma website.
When you select "View Files", all the files of the project will be displayed inside Cliq.
Under each file, you will have two options to select from: View File and View Comments.
On selecting "View Comments", you will be able to view all the comments made in the file will be listed.
Here you will be able to see what the integration offers.
You can use the slash command "/figma" in your message composer and a search pop-up will be displayed.
Here you can select a file from any project.
Message actions
You can convert a message into a comment using the message actions.
Hover over the message and select More. Search for "Figma" and select the Post Comment to File option.
