Figma is a collaborative interface design tool that allows teams to create, prototype, and share designs in real time. It's widely used for UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms. By integrating Figma with Zoho Cliq, you can view all your team files and projects inside Cliq.

Here's how you can integrate Figma with Cliq:
Installation
- Go to Zoho Cliq Marketplace and search for and install "Figma", or click the following link.
- After successful installation, you will receive a bot message with instructions to configure the team's files and projects you want to view.
Bot
- In the bot message, select Connect your Team button.

- A configure Figma team pop-up will appear where you will have to enter the Team ID and you will be able to view the project files associated to that team.
Note:
To get your team ID, do the following:
- Navigate to the team page you are a part of. The team ID will be in provided after the "/team/" in the url.
Bot actions
There are four bot actions available :
- Search Files
- Associate Team
- Help
- Alerts

Search Files
- Here you can select a file from any project.

- Once you select Search, a bot message of the file will be posted where you can select File Preview and view the file inside Cliq.

Associate Team
- If you want to view the files and project of a different team, you can select Associate team.
- A Configure Figma Team pop-up will appear where you will have to enter the Team ID and you will be able to view the project files associated with that team.

Help
- Here you will find a message posted in the bot on what the integration offers.

Alerts
Note:
- You can get figma alerts in Zoho Cliq only if webhook extensibility is included in your Figma pricing plan ( Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans).
- You can configure notifications to map a Figma file to a channel and receive notifications on comments, replies, and @mentions.
The Alerts bot menu action has two options: Enable and Configure.
Enable Notifications
To enable notifications, follow these steps:
- Click on the 'Enable' option in the Alerts bot menu action.
- Select the project and file, and choose the type of notification you want to receive (Bot or Channel).
- If you select Channel, specify which channel to receive notifications in.
- Click 'Enable' to activate the notifications.
Once you have enabled notifications, you ll get notifications posted on the channel on comments, replies and @mentions. When a comment alert is posted, users can add a reply from the notification itself.
By clicking the Configure option, you can view a list of files mapped to a channel in a tabular format. The table includes details such as:
- File names
- Mode of alerts
- Mapped by
If you want to disable an alert, click the 'Disable' option next to the corresponding file.
The widget has three tabs: Projects, Pinned Files, and Help.
Projects
- Here all the Figma projects and files associated to the team you have configured will be listed.
- Under each project, you will have two options to select from: Open and Files.

- When you select "Open" it will navigate to the Figma website.
- When you select Files", all the files of the project will be displayed inside Cliq.
- Under each file, you will have two options to select from: View File and View Comments.

- When you select "View File", you will be able to view the Figma file inside Cliq.

- When you select "Comments", you can view all the comments in the Figma file.
- If you want to pin a file, select the "More" option (three dots) and click on 'Pin File'. Pinned folders will have a pinned icon displayed. To unpin a file, select the "More" option (three dots) again and click on 'Unpin'.
Pinned Files
In the Pinned Files tab, all the files you have pinned for easy access will be displayed. To remove a file from the Pinned Files tab, select the "More" option (three dots) next to the file and click on 'Unpin'.
Help Here you will be able to see what the integration offers.
Slash command
- You can use the slash command "/figma" in your message composer and a search pop-up will be displayed.
- Here you can select a file from any project.

- Once you select Search, a bot message of the file will be posted where you can select File Preview and view the file inside the chat with a file preview option available.

Message actions
- You can convert a message into a comment using the message actions.
- Hover over the message and select More. Search for "Figma" and select the Post Comment to File option.

- An Add comment to File pop-up will appear where you ll have to select the project and file you want to add the comment to.

Limitations
There are limitations in this extension because the following cases are currently not supported by the Figma team.
- Multiple page navigation: Users will be able to view only the first page of the file. As a result, users can only preview the first page of files with multiple pages.
