Formstack

Formstack is a workplace productivity platform that lets organizations create digital workflows with no-code forms, documents, and signatures. Integrating Formstack into Zoho Cliq provides a streamlined solution for managing all your forms within Zoho Cliq. The following is a step-by-step guide on how to set up this integration.

Installation  

  1. Navigate to the Zoho Cliq Marketplace.

  1. Search for and install "Formstack", or click on the provided link.

  1. Authenticate your credentials. A bot message will be posted, indicating a successful installation.

Formstack - Bot 

There are two bot actions available:

  • Alerts

  • Help

Alerts 

To get alerts on forms, you can select the Alerts bot actions. You will have two options available.

  • Enable

  • Configure

Enable 

Select a form from the list dropdown, enable the desired alert type, and choose your notification preferences.

Form list 

When you select the dropdown list, you will find all your forms and a search bar.

 Types of Alerts 

  • Submission Alerts: Get notified every time someone submits a form. You will be able to get instant notification when a user records a submission along with the details of the submitted data.
  • Analytics Alerts: Receive weekly notifications with important statistics and actionable insights.

Get notified via 

Choose where you want your form-related notifications to be posted: in your FormStack bot or any channel.

Threaded alerts 

If the channel you have chosen has reply modes set to threads or allows normal replies as well as threads, every time a new form alert gets posted, it will create a thread. 

Submission alerts related to the form will be posted in that thread.

Configure 

This action will display all the configured forms as tabs. You can view the form name, type of alert, mode of alerts, and the actions you can perform.

You can perform two actions on each form:

  • Modify: Make changes to the alert configurations.

  • Disable: Deactivate the notifications for a particular form.

Help 

By selecting the Help bot action, the bot will post a message to guide you through what the integration offers.

Formstack Scheduler   

When you enable the Analytics alert, a bot message will be posted every week on the stats and insights of the form.

The Recurring Period : Weekly (2 Days) at 08:00

Formstack Widget   

The Formstack widget has two tabs: Forms and Folders.

Form   

Here, all the forms will be displayed as cards with two options: View and Insights. Use the search button to look for forms based on keywords.

View

You can view the form inside Cliq.

Insights

Here, you will find a comprehensive table that has your folder name, number of form fields in the form, date of creation, and whether the form is encrypted or not.
There is also a report table with total submissions, today's submissions, views, conversions, conversion rate, abandonments, and abandonment rate.

Note:

  • Submissions: When a user successfully completes and submits the form with all the required information.

  • Views: How many users have accessed your form.

  • Abandonments: Capture real-time data from users who abandoned your form before hitting submit.

Folders 

Here, the list of all the folders will be displayed. You can expand to view all the subfolders and forms available. The uncategorized folder has all your home page forms. You can select a form from the folders and view the form or insights.
Use the search button to look for folders, subfolders, and forms based on keywords.
