How this extension helps: 

• Use /gdrive command in the chat to share a file/folder.

• View and download your files from the tabs present in the widget.

• Upload file to Google Drive using the "Add to Google Drive" action menu from Cliq.

• Quickly view and download the starred files in your Google Drive right from the Starred tab in the Google Drive widget.

Getting started with Google Drive extension

To get started with the Google Drive extension, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the Google Drive extension from the Zoho Marketplace by clicking this link.

2. Install the extension on your Zoho Cliq account by clicking the Install button.

3. After installation, click the Settings Icon at the bottom-left corner of Cliq, where you'll find the list of installed extensions.

4. Select Google Drive. Check the box next to Grant all permissions to Google Drive extension and click the Proceed to Allow button.

5. Authenticate with Google.

My Drive

The My Drive tab contains all the files and folders available in your Google Drive account to facilitate easy access.

• Each card shows a preview of the file, as well as its title, size, last modified date, and a download link. Clicking the View button will redirect you to Google Drive.

• Upon clicking on the Open button, you can view the files in that particular folder.

• If you own the document, you can share it with others using the Share button.

• Share files by clicking Contacts, where you can share files with users within the organization. Alternatively, enter email addresses separated by commas. Adjust the access permissions (view, comment, edit) before sharing.
  

• You can browse recent files, items you've starred, files in My Drive, and those shared with you. A powerful search feature is located in the widget header, allowing you to search for Google Drive files by keyword in the filename, file type, access level, owner, or shared contacts.
  

Slash command

• You can use the /gdrive slash command in chat followed by the filename to either view the file or share it, provided you are the owner. (/gdrive <filename>)

• When the /gdrive slash command is followed by an email address, it will list the files shared with that address.

• Simply entering the /gdrive slash command will display the list of files in your Google Drive.
  

Message action

This message action will share the selected files with your Google Drive that is linked to your Cliq Account.
