Integrate HubSpot to your Cliq account to create and view all your tickets, deals, contacts, companies, tasks and notes inside Cliq.
The HubSpot integration in Cliq offers,
- The HubSpot bot - A chat bot wherein you can create and view the entities like companies, tickets, tasks, contacts, deals and notes.
- The /hubspot command - This command is used to create entities.
Note: You can create or view entities based on specific keywords by executing the slash command in the following format -
/hubspot entityname -keyword
For instance, invoking the command /hubspot company -Zylker will pull the list of all records from company with the term Zylker . - Message actions - You can convert a message into ticket, task and notes.
Installation
You can install the integration from Cliq Marketplace or by clicking on the link below.
When you install, you will get an authorization pop up to integrate with your HubSpot account. Only if the email ID of your Cliq and the email ID of HubSpot matches, the integration will be downloaded successfully. The same will apply for users too when they start using the integration after successful installation by the admin.
After installation, to use HubSpot inside Cliq, you can search for the HubSpot bot and subscribe to it. The bot will post a welcome message with a Getting Started button. On clicking Getting Started a help message will be displayed that gives users an idea of what the integration will offer.
Note:
- Only org admins can install an integration for the entire organization, whereas users can install only for their team.
Create
You can create company, contact, deals, ticket, task and note by the following ways:
- Message actions
You can convert a message into a ticket, deal or note by doing so:
- Hover over the message you want to convert and click on the kebab icon (3 dots) and select More.
- In the options that appear, select Create Note, Create Task or Create Ticket.
- Bot actions
There are four actions available in the HubSpot bot - Create, View All, View My, and Help.
- Command
When you enter /hubspot command, Cliq suggests options that will help you choose which entity you want to create.
When you create an entity, a form will appear where the user can fill in the respective details.
Company
- Select Create Company and a form will appear where you need to fill in details of the company like name, owner, description, domain name, industry, type, city, state/region, postal code, number of employees, annual revenue, time zone, linkedin company page and click Create Company.
- A message gets posted in the bot with options like Edit, Delete, Add note, and View Notes. On selecting a particular option, a form gets displayed and the respective changes get posted in the bot.
- Edit - You can edit the details they have filled in.
- Delete - You can delete the company they have created.
- Add Note - You can add notes to the company.
- View Notes - You can review all the notes they have created for the company.
Contact
- Select Create Contact and a form will appear where you need to fill in details of the company like first name, last name, contact owner, company, job title, phone number, website, lifecycle stage, lead status, address, city, state and postal code and click Create Contact.
- A message gets posted in the bot with options like Edit, Delete, Add note, and View Notes. On selecting a particular option, a form gets displayed and the respective changes get posted in the bot.
- Edit - You can edit the details they have filled in.
- Delete - You can delete the contact they have created.
- Add Note - You can add notes to the contact.
- View Notes - You can review all the notes they have created for the contact.
Deal
- Select Create Deal and a form will appear where you need to fill in details of the company like first name, last name, contact owner, company, job title, phone number, website, lifecycle stage, lead status, address, city, state and postal code and click Create Deal.
- A message gets posted in the bot with options like Edit, Delete, Add note, and View Notes. On selecting a particular option, a form gets displayed and the respective changes get posted in the bot.
- Update - You can update the details they have filled in.
- Delete - You can delete the deals they have created.
- Add note - You can add notes to the deals.
- View Notes - You can review all the notes they have created for the deals.
Ticket
- Select Create Ticket and a form will appear where you need to fill in details of the company like ticket name, status, source, owner, description, priority, create date and click Create Ticket.
- A message gets posted in the bot with options like Edit, Delete, Add note, and View Notes. On selecting a particular option, a form gets displayed and the respective changes get posted in the bot.
- Edit - You can edit the details they have filled in.
- Delete - You can delete the ticket they have created.
- Add note - You can add notes to the ticket.
- View Notes - You can review all the notes they have created for the ticket.
Task
- Select Create Task and a form will appear where you need to fill in details of the company like title, type, assign to, status, priority, due data, notes and click the Create Task button.
- A message gets posted in the bot with options like Edit and Delete. On selecting a particular option, a form gets displayed and the respective changes get posted in the bot.
- Edit - You can edit the details they have filled in.
- Delete - You can delete the ticket they have created.
View All/View My
You can view the entities created and the list of all the companies, contacts, deals, tickets, tasks and notes by doing the following:
- Bot Actions
You can select View All/View My bot action and select the entity you want to view.
For example - If you want to view all your tickets, you can select the "View All" bot action and select Tickets from the options, and all your tickets will appear as a message. You will also have options to make changes to the corresponding ticket in the message.
- Slash commands
You can execute a slash command to view the respective entity. Here are a list of slash commands that can be used to view the different entities.
