Message actions
In Zoho Cliq, you can use message actions to convert a message into a work item.
You can now quickly share your files in any chat with just the task link, which will unfurl the link and provide the details of the file to the users. You can add your comment from here.
Through this, users can view the details without even shifting to Jira.

Note:
When an issue you is marked as done, you will receive an update now in a dedicated thread. And if AI Summary is enabled, the work item will be summarized before the thread is closed.
All the updates will be available in that specific thread.
