Pingdom

Pingdom is a website monitoring platform used for monitoring website uptime, performance, and end-user experience, providing real-time insights and alerts to help ensure a reliable and fast online experience. By integrating Pingdom with Zoho Cliq, you can stay on top of your website performance monitoring and receive instant notifications in case of any outages.

Installation 

  1. Go to the Zoho Cliq Marketplace and search for "Pingdom", or install it directly from this link.
  2. Choose whether to install the extension for your entire organization or specific teams.
  3. Accept the extension's permission requests.

Connect with Pingdom  

To integrate your Pingdom and Zoho Cliq accounts, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Pingdom account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  1. Click the Add Integration button.
  1. In the form:
    • Set Type to Webhook.
    • Enter a Name for the integration.
    • Copy the Webhook URL from the Pingdom bot in Zoho Cliq and paste it in the required field.
  1. Click Save Integration.

Test the Integration  

  1. In Pingdom, go to Synthetics > Uptime from the left sidebar.
  1. Click Add New to create a new check.
  1. Fill in the required details.
  2. Under Webhook, select the integration you just created and click Create Check.
  1. After creating the check, go to Edit, then click the Test button.
You will receive a notification in your Pingdom bot in Zoho Cliq with the test check details.
