Installation 

1. Search for Smartsheet for Zoho Cliq in Cliq Marketplace, and click on the Install button.
2. After successful installation, select Take me to Cliq button.
   

Smartsheet - Bot  

• Set Alerts - This bot action is used to map a sheet to a channel to get instant notifications. When you select set alerts bot action, a form appears where you can select the sheet and map the corresponding channel.

1. Sheets can be created in the root/home folder, separate folder and inside workspaces, based on the path you can select where your sheet is located through the dynamic dropdown available. After selecting the sheet and channel, select Enable.
   
2. The mapped channel will receive instant notifications and any further rows, columns or sheet updates will be posted inside the channel.
   

Note:

1. If you make a single entry change then a notification with the updated entry will be posted in the channel.
   

2. If you make multiple changes then a notification saying multiple entries were made will be posted.
   

• Config Alerts
  The config alerts will display the list of all the sheets and the mapped channel if present. You will find a disconnect button in the list so that you can unmap the sheet from the channel.
  
  Once you select disconnect, the sheet will be unmapped from the channel and  a notification will be sent to the channel. Any further updates will not be posted in the channel.
  
• Help
  The help bot action acts like a manual that displays all that you can do using the Smartsheet extension.
  

Smartsheet - Widget 

1. Add Row - You can update the sheet by adding rows using the Add Row button. A form will appear to fill the corresponding columns.
    
2. Modify Columns - You can modify what columns you want to display in the widget.
   

Note:

• When you select a sheet to view in the widget, you can select up to 9 columns in the sheet that can be displayed in the widget.
• Columns of the type - PREDECESSOR, ABSTRACT_DATETIME, DURATION and system columns (Created By, Created date, Modified By and Modified Date) cannot be modified.

3. Modify Sheet- If you want to view or update some other sheet, you can select modify sheet. Once you have selected the sheet and columns you want to view, you can select Set as Default to view the sheet in the form of a widget.
   

1. View Row - By clicking on view row, you will be navigated to Smartsheet and you can view it.
2. Update Row - By clicking on update row, you can update the data in the columns of the row inside Cliq.
   
3. Add Comments - You can add your comments to the particular row.
   
4. View Comments - You can view the comments added to the row. The comments you add will be displayed below the row, you can select minimize to collapse the comments or view comments to view all the comments.
   

Note:

1. If there are no rows in the sheet, you can either add a row or change the sheet.
