The WooCommerce extension with Zoho Cliq lets you manage your WooCommerce store directly from Zoho Cliq. You can create new orders, view existing orders, receive notifications about new orders and product launches, and even add notes to existing orders — all within the Zoho Cliq interface.

The extension is available in the following regions:
United States (US), India (IN), Europe (EU), Australia (AU), Canada (CN), and Japan (JP) .

Installation



  • Specify if you want to install the extension for your entire organization or specific teams and click Install.

Connect WooCommerce with Zoho Cliq
To connect your WooCommerce store to Zoho Cliq, follow these steps:

  • Once installed, search for the WooCommerce bot and click on the Get started message in the bot.

  • Allow access to generate ZAPI key for Webhooks.

  • Fill in the following details to connect your WooCommerce account to your Zoho Cliq account: 

    • Consumer key - Log in to your WooCommerce account, navigate to Settings → Advanced → REST API, and copy the Consumer Key.

    • Consumer secret - Copy and paste the Consumer Secret from the same REST API page.

    • Base URL - Navigate to the WP Admin dashboard → Settings → General, and copy-paste the Site address (URL) without the trailing slash — "www.example.com" (without https://).

  • Click "Authorize" to complete the connection.

 

Features

1. Configure Notifications
Stay informed about real-time critical changes in your WooCommerce store by configuring notifications.


How? Go to WooCommerce Bot → navigate below to the Configure bot menu actions and click the Notifications sub-menu for the Configure Notification form to pop up.

You can choose to get :

  1. Product Notifications : New products created, updated, deleted, or restored.
  2. Order Notifications : New orders created, updated, deleted, or restored.
  3. Customer Notifications : New customers created or updated.



You can also select how you want to receive these notifications — directly via the WooCommerce bot or any specific channel of your choice.


By enabling these notifications and choosing your preferred delivery method, you'll receive real-time alerts whenever critical changes occur, allowing you to respond promptly and maintain a well-organized WooCommerce store.

2. Set Reminders for Orders
You can set up reminders to stay updated on the progress of your pending and completed orders.


How? Under the Configure bot menu action, click on the Reminders sub-menu to enable reminders:

1. Get notified about all pending orders every morning at 8 AM to stay on top of orders awaiting fulfillment.

2. Receive a daily summary of completed orders at 7 PM and review your daily order completion progress.

3. Manage Orders
Easily access and manage your orders right within Zoho Cliq. To manage orders in Zoho Cliq,



1. Go to the WooCommerce bot → from the below bot menu actions, click on Orders → View all orders to view the complete list of orders for a quick lookup.


2. Alternatively, you can also access a comprehensive list of all your orders in the WooCommerce Widget (More Apps → "WooCommerce") and a detailed view for each order.

3. Use the /woocommerce slash command and select View orders to pull order details from any conversation.



Additionally, you can perform advanced actions such as,

      1. Edit order details
      2. Add a note 

Bonus: You can add any chat message as an Order Note using the Add Note Message action to capture details and decisions during discussions and on the go.

Add an order
You can create an order in Zoho Cliq with the WooCommerce Widget, Message action, the Orders menu action in the bot, or by triggering the /woocommerce slash command.


Click on the + New Order button from any of these options and fill in the form details,

  1. Order Status
  2. Choose the Products and the quantity
  3. Billing Address Name
  4. Address
  5. Phone Number
  6. Email
  7. Choose if the same Billing address is to be used for the Shipping Address.
  8. Add a note for this order and click Add.

  




4. Manage Products
Add, view, edit, delete, create new variations, and search for products in Zoho Cliq.



1. Go to WooCommerce Widget Products tab to view all details on created products. You can further search for a specific product, edit details, add variations, and delete a product.

2. You can add products and create variations from the bot menu action Products.

5. Create and Edit Customers
Manage your customer base effortlessly

1. Navigate to the WooCommerce Widget > Customers tab to view all your customer details,

  • Search for specific customers.

  • Add new customers.

  • Edit existing customer details.
