SalesIQ integration with Cliq

Connect Zoho SalesIQ with Zoho Cliq to track visitors, manage chats, and act on leads—all from one place. Get real-time chat and call notifications, monitor active conversations at a glance, and preview shared SalesIQ chat links instantly without switching tabs.

Installation

Search for SalesIQ for Zoho Cliq in Cliq Marketplace and click Install.
Once the installation is done, click on Take me to Cliq.
You can find SalesIQ in Settings → More apps → Installed in the left sidebar.
Click on Add to Sidebar to add SalesIQ to the left sidebar.

i) Bring SalesIQ into Cliq:

Integrate SalesIQ with Cliq to track visitors, manage chats, and handle key customer interactions, all without leaving Cliq.

ii) Instant notifications:

You will receive real time notifications for calls and chats received in SalesIQ in Cliq.
You can also attend calls and reply to chats in Cliq using the integration.

iii) Track chat counts:

Keep track of your active SalesIQ chats directly in Cliq with a live chat count displayed next to the widget icon.

iv) Unfurl chat URL in Cliq:

Copy a chat URL in SalesIQ.

Paste it in a chat in Cliq and hit send.

The link will get unfurled automatically in the chat.
