Consents for Integrations

Cliq ensures that the user has given their consent before an integrated external source accesses a user's profile or data.

When you execute a component (command, bot or other internal tools in Cliq Platform) for the first time, Cliq will display a consent form on the screen seeking permission to access the information mentioned. To allow, a user can select Proceed to allow.

Consider the following scenario: 

• To access a list of packages, a user wants to use the command /courier. The user will receive a consent request on the screen while performing this command. By clicking Proceed to allow, the user grants permission.
