A form can have different types of fields ranging from single line input to multiple selections. These forms are built within Cliq and hence is integrated with your Cliq data, allowing easy selection of users, chats and teams. 

The fields types are characterized by set of icons. They are as follows: 

 Numeric: To input ticket id, task number, ...
 Email id: To input email address of a lead, customer, employee, ...
 Link: To attach reference link, domain, ...
 Mobile: To input numbers, i.e. mobile, telephone, and fax.
 Password: To input password to unlock a document, to open a protected app config, ...
 Date: To set the date for a task, meeting, event, ...
 Dropdowns: To select a value from the given list, i.e. users, chats, teams, ...

Error message in forms: 

Each field in the form contains a hint (developer's choice) and rules like minimum and maximum characters, only numbers allowed, ... will be conveyed under each field on entering the values.
