How to unsubscribe to a Bot in Cliq?

There are two ways to unsubscribe a bot :

  1. The quickest way to unsubscribe a bot is to click Unsubscribe from Actions in the Bot chat window.


  1. Under Bots & Tools in the user panel.
  • Click the Contact image.
  • Select Bots & Tools from the user panel that appears.

  • Click Bots from the left sidebar.
  • You will find the bots you have created under My Bots, bots you have subscribed to under Subscribed Bots, and all the bots you can subscribe to or are a part of under All Bots.
  • Select a bot you want to unsubscribe to and click Unsubscribe.
