If you have attended a 1-1 call on a web browser device and later want to switch to a mobile device to continue the call, you can transfer the call by doing the following:
Go to the mobile app, where you will find a notification of the ongoing call, and select the Transfer button.
A confirmation pop-up appears, asking you to transfer your active call to this device. If you select Transfer, the call will be transferred to the mobile device and the web device call will be terminated.
Note:
To transfer the 1-1 call from the mobile device to the web browser device, select the ongoing call in the LHS and select Transfer here.
