Follow the below steps to initiate a one-on-one Cliq call:
- Click on the quick action icon
-> Make a call -> choose a preferred call option and connect with the individual you want to.
or
- Open any chat
- Click on the call icon
You will have the following options to choose from:
- Audio call
- Video call
- Screen share
Once you've made the call, the other user will receive your call and can choose to accept or decline it. If they accept your call will be connected, and if the call is declined or unanswered, an info message stating that the user is busy or missed your call will be posted in the chat respectively.

Note: The first time you make a call in Cliq, a browser permission prompt to access the camera and microphone will be displayed.
While you are on an audio call in Cliq if required you can choose to switch the ongoing call into a video call or can choose to share your screen to have a contextual conversation.
Switching a Cliq audio call into a video call
In an ongoing cliq audio call, click on the more icon and select Share Video.
Here's how you can apply video background and filter for ongoing one-on-one Cliq calls / meetings
Click on the meatball icon(3 dots)Select Settings
From Background & Filters add your preferred background or filter and click on Apply
