Video calls are a great way to conduct a virtual discussion with a group or a channel.
- When you make a video call, the recipient will receive a notification with four options: Accept (audio), Accept (video), Decline, and Reply with a message.
- If the end-user accepts your video call, a miniature version of the call appears. You can select the full-screen view to maximize the call screen.
- When having a video call, you have the following options:
- Maximize/minimize icon: This allows you to have a full-screen video call or shrink the video call size.
- Turn the mic on/off icon: This will allow you to mute or unmute your audio.
- Turn camera on/off icon: This will allow you to have a face-to-face interaction or turn it off and have an audio call.
- End call icon: You can select this call icon to terminate your video call.
- Share icon: You can use this to start screen share or whiteboard.
- Picture-in-Picture mode - By selecting the picture-in-picture mode you can view your video call on any screen you are working on. A draggable miniature version of the video call will be available that consists of the following options - Back to tab, Mute microphone, Turn on/off camera and Hang up.
Dotted icon: You can select this to view more options. The available options for this menu are Settings (To change device settings, background and filter), Open chat (To chat or post in conversation during the call), Notes (To make notes during the call), Start recording (To record the meeting to view to it later) and Add users (To add other users to the video call).
