To add co-hosts and speakers to your audio/video meetings in Cliq, do the following:
- When you create a meeting, you will find add co-hosts and add speakers under the meeting mode section.
- Select +Add Co-hosts/+Add speakers/Participants and add users for the respective categories in the meeting.

- Once you add them and start the meeting. You will notice that the users are categorized as Host, Co-hosts, Participants, and Silent Participants.

- Host - The host of the meeting has permission to make a participant as co-host or speaker.
- Co-hosts - The co-hosts can mute speakers.
- Participants - The speakers of the meeting are listed under Participants and can engage in the meeting.
- Silent Participants - The silent participants cannot engage in the meeting, however they can be a part of it. To become a speaker, they will have to raise a hand and the host has to approve it.
Note:
- The host can assign a speaker as co-host during the meeting.

- The host can also remove co-host permission from the meeting.

- If a silent participant wants to engage in the meeting, they can select the Request to speak button.

- The host will receive a request and can click the raise a hand icon or participants icon to approve or cancel the request. On approving the silent participants will be added to the participants list.

- The host can mute co-hosts,speakers and participants in the meeting.

- When a host leaves a meeting, they will have to assign another host to the meeting to keep the meeting running.
