What options does a user have when receiving a call in Cliq?

When a user receives a call, a notification pop-up is seen on the top-right corner of the screen along with a ringtone. You can either receive an audio or a video call and the options vary accordingly.
  1. Audio call:  There are three options when you receive an audio call: Accept, Decline and Decline with a reply.
  1. Video call: There are four options when you receive a video call: Answer with audio only, Answer with video, Decline and Decline with a reply.

The different options that you can use when you receive a call:
  • Accept (audio and video): When you accept a call for the first time, a notification pop-up will appear asking for permission to access their microphone and camera. You will be connected to the call after allowing permissions.
  • Decline: When you decline a call, a notification will appear in the chat that the you declined the call.
  • Decline with a reply: You can choose to decline a call with a reply to send a message to the caller. You can either choose a default a message or type your own message.
