How can a user set a meeting theme to a meeting?

Users can customize their meetings by adding a meeting theme based on the agenda.
To set a meeting theme of your choice from the list, follow these steps:
  1. While scheduling a meeting, go to Permissions.
  2. Under General Configurations, navigate to the Selected Meeting Branding.
  3. Select a theme from the list.

Click on Configurations > Select meeting theme to select a theme before starting the meeting.

Note:
  • Meeting theme can be changed by a host only while scheduling a meeting, and they will not be able to change it after the meeting starts.
  • You can add a meeting theme to your meeting only if the admin has set the option to default. If the admin has set the meeting theme to "set as mandatory," users will not be able to add their own meeting theme from the list, and the default theme will be used.
