Hosts and co-hosts can lock a meeting in order to prevent irrelevant users from joining, especially when external join links are leaked. This feature is also useful for conducting closed meetings within channel spaces that have huge audiences.

To lock a meeting in Zoho Cliq, both hosts and co-hosts can follow these steps:
Once the meeting has started, click on the participants panel.
In the top-right corner of the participants panel, you'll find a lock icon. Click on this icon to lock the meeting.
Once the meeting is locked, users won't be able to join directly. Instead, they'll need to send a request for permission to join.
As a host or co-host, you can then either allow or reject these requests to join.
By default, co-hosts can lock meetings. However, if you wish to change this setting, hosts can update the permissions to disable co-hosts from locking meetings.

Locking the Meeting:
Once the meeting has started, click on the More option (represented by three dots) on the screen.
Click on the Lock meeting option to lock the meeting.
Managing Locked Meetings:
Once the meeting is locked, new users will not be able to join.
Users can send click the request-to-join option and send request to the host or co-host.
Unlocking the Meeting:
To unlock the meeting, click the More icon again.
You will see an option 'Unlock meeting'. Click on the option to unlock the meeting.
