Not Allowed Error might occur if you have denied access to Cliq Meeting to use your microphone and camera.
Solution:
Step 1. Provide system-level permission for your Cliq application to access your microphone and camera.
Step 2. Provide permission for your browser to access your microphone and camera.
Follow the below steps to enable camera and microphones access in your system and browser.
Mac
- Open System Preferences in MAC
- Navigate to Security and Privacy
- Select Privacy
- Select Camera / Microphone
- Enable camera permission for your browser and Cliq application

Windows
(version: windows 10)
- Navigate to Windows Settings -> Privacy -> Select Microphone / Camera under App Permissions
- Enable Microphone / Camera access for Cliq application
Follow the below steps to provide permission for your browser to access your microphone and camera
- Click on the lock icon next to the website address
- Enable Camera and Microphone
Abort Error
This error occurs when another application is using your camera.
Solution: Close the other application that might be using your camera.
Not Found Error & Not Readable Error

This error might occur in the following cases:
Case 1. Browser update might be in the pending state
Solution: Restart your browser.
Case 2. Antivirus software might be blocking the requested stream (mic/cam).
Solution: Move Cliq app under the trusted application list.
Case 3. There might be some issue with your device drivers.
Solution: Try updating your audio/video drivers.
Bad Audio Track Error

This error might occur in the following cases:
Case 1: When input volume is on mute or zero at the system level.
Solution: Unmute input volume or try increasing your volume.
Case 2: When there's an issue with the device audio driver.
Solution: Try updating the device's audio driver.
Follow the below steps to adjust the volume or unmute in your system.
Mac
Open System Preferences in Mac.
Navigate to Sound.
Select Input in the header.
Under Settings for the selected device, drag the input volume button to increase it.
Unable to share screen from chrome browser on Mac OS Catalina 10.15 and above
If your Mac runs on OS version Catalina 10.15 and above, screen sharing from the chrome browser may not work even after enabling the necessary permissions as shown in the screenshot below.
This is due to a bug that exists in the Google Chrome browser. Please update your Chrome browser to the latest version (99.0.4484.83) to share your screen. Black screen issue
When a Ubuntu user tries to share the entire screen, a black screen issue will occur. This happens because the Wayland-type display server is enabled in Ubuntu OS version 20.04.

Solution:
Open terminal and type the following command - sudo edit /etc/gdm3/custom.conf
In the file that appears, uncomment the following line - #WaylandEnable=false and save changes.
This will enable Xorg display manager.
Go to your terminal again and type the following comment - sudo systemctl restart gdm3 or reboot the system.
Allow microphone/camera/screen sharing access issue
The Safari browser asks permission to allow microphone, camera and screen sharing access every time it starts a call or meeting.
Solution:
You can enable permission for your browser to allow microphone, camera or screen share access automatically by doing the following:
Go to Safari and select Preferences.
Click the Websites tab and select Camera, Microphone, or Screen Sharing. You will find a list of currently open websites.
Select Allow for cliq.zoho.com.
