Stage View - This icon will put the speaker on the stage and the other participants will be displayed at the left and right of the stage.
Grid View - This icon displays the meeting with participants video in a grid format.
Invite - Use this icon to invite participants to the meeting. You will have a toggle button to allow external users to join the meeting and a link will be provided. The host will be able to copy invitation link, send mail and invite users.
Turn Mic On/Off - This will allow you to mute or unmute your audio.
Turn Camera On/Off- This will allow you to have a face-to-face interaction or turn it off and have an audio call.
End/Leave meeting - This icon can be used to end or leave the meeting. The host of the meeting will have both whereas the participants will only have the leave button.
Add Reactions - Use this icon to react to the video meeting with emojis.
Chat - You can post messages in the meeting chat to have a conversation.
- Participants count icon - This will display the number of participants in the meeting. Here, you can view the host, co-host, speakers, participants, and those yet to join. If an admin or host accidentally invites someone and wishes to remove them after the meeting starts, they can hover over their profile picture. A cancel icon will appear, allowing them to choose to revoke the meeting invite.
Notes - You can also take notes during the meeting.
Share icon- You can use this to start screen share or whiteboard.
More options - You will find the following options - Start recording, Start live-streaming, and Settings.
Note: You won't be able to see the recording of the whiteboard in a recorded meeting.Picture-in-Picture mode - By selecting the picture-in-picture mode you can view your video call on any screen you are working on. A draggable miniature version of the video call will be available that consists of the following options - Back to tab, Mute microphone, Turn on/off camera and Hang up.
Maximize/minimize icon- This allows you to have a expand or shrink the video call size.
Open full screen- You can use this option to open full screen mode.
